Cancellation Policy
I understand that strange and unplanned things happen occasionally, and you may have to miss or cancel an appointment.
- Give 24-hour advance notice if at all possible when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. Cancelling at the last minute may happen once or twice due to events beyond your control, but if this becomes a habit, you may be invited to go elsewhere for your massage needs.
- Don't be a no-show. Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo his appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” I will attempt to contact you to make sure there has not been a schedule mix-up. I will treat repeat "no-shows" the same way as late cancellations: if the behavior is clearly part of your personality, you may be invited to go elsewhere for your massage needs.
- Don't be late! If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration for me and fellow clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.
- No inappropriate behavior. Any inappropriate, overly personal, or sexual behavior/insinuation — as defined and determined as such by me, not you — will be grounds for ending the massage session and the business relationship.
